Sort options in My Tasks, Gravatar in HTTPS, API now allows creating projects from templates
Three minor features landed on Apollo in the last few weeks: they are not game changers by any means, but they do improve our beloved program.
The first one, is the possibility to order your tasks by project + task name, and by project + task due date in the My Tasks section:
This kind of grouping is crucial for people who work on several projects and want to be able to divide (by project) and conquer their task list.
An unrelated improvement is that Gravatars (which can be assigned to users) are now loaded in HTTPS (as a secure connection). This way, if you are using Apollo itself as HTTPS, you won't have to deal with browser warnings about fetching information (the gravatar) from an insecure source.
Finally, we have improved the API: you can now create a project based on a template. This is more of an enhancement of the existing API calls -- an enhancement which will be no doubt welcomed by those users using our API.

there has been a lot of work on the project side of Apollo, but relatively nothing on the mobile client (I know it's coming, but so is Christmas). Also, currently you can import Highrise files, but can't export that way, or as CSV, the XML export is confusing and not standardised, nice that it is XML, but no-one else accepts that, so little point...

1) Yes, we are rewriting the mobile site from scratch. It's a huge leap from the previous version. But, it does take time... Sorry!
2) Go to Contacts (on the left) > Contacts (the sub-tab), make a selection, and then click on "Export all contacts you see here in CSV format (all pages)": you will get a CSV export of the contacts you selected! This is great for mailing lists too.
