Task list templates in Apollo!
Hi there,
We released Apollo a couple of days ago... and we are already busy releasing new important features!
One of them is task list templates, which are now available in Apollo. This is great news for all those users with set processes in place, and who have a set of tasks they complete in every project.
To create a task list template simply go open up your project: in the dashboard, you will see the "Templates" menu, which allows you to create task list templates you can reuse across your projects.
For example, if you are planning on starting a house building business, you might end up with a template like this:
When you are then creating task lists for your project, just click on "New Task list" and, in the dialogue box click on "choose from a template". You will then be able to pick a template:
There you go: your task list will be created, ready for you to use!
Enjoy!

Hi,
We are working on project templates right now.
We didn't actually plan on implementing templates for cases&deals. This is mainly because we see cases&deals to be very different one another... but we might well be wrong!
Please contact us by email so that we can discuss it (contact [at] applicomhq.com )
Thanks!
Merc.

I only signed up for an account this week - was hoping for templates to arrive soon - but didn't expect them this week! Amazing!

I am currently with 37 signals suite. I have been very loyal to their story and products, however, loyalty stops at mediocrity. I'm tired of the simple things they could change to make life better and more integrated.
Anyway, our business is growing and we need to find a new solution quickly. I set up a free trial on solve360 but then got an @reply from you guys on Twitter. I'm open to good solutions so I set up a free trial with Apollo.
Like your interface better with the less is more feel. It seems a lot like Basecamp except with the added contact functionality and better task management.
Like the fact that they (the other guy :) integrate with all things Google. Nothing is going to pry us away from Google calendar, Gmail and some docs use.
Sorry to take so long to get to the question, but do you know when ical might be coming down the development line?

Hi,
iCal integration, along with Reply-By-Mail, are *the* two items in our current urgent todo. We are developing them (concurrently) as we speak.
So... (very) few weeks!
